1. Convention Cards are optional.


2. The Alert procedure is optional.
    There will be no penalty for failing to Alert.


3. The Skip-Bid Warning procedure is optional.
    There will be no penalty for any hesitation or failure to hesitate.


4. A player (other than dummy) may see a trick until a card is led to the next trick. 
    (The Laws of Duplicate allow you to see a trick only until all four cards are face-down.)


5. You may change your bid until LHO makes a call.
    (The Laws of Contract allow you to change your bid 
     if you do so without pause for thought.)


6. A card is played and may not be changed if held so another player 
    (other than dummy) can see it. 
    Declarer may change a card called from dummy until RHO plays a card.


 7. On the FIRST ROUND, a Passed-Out hand must be redealt.
        (The Laws of Duplicate prohibit the redeal of a Passed-Out hand.)


 8. I reserve the right not to penalize an infraction that does not 
        affect the final result.
